A bigggg project...and she is doing a beautiful job!
One of my students, Ann W., is getting her house ready to sell and is doing some "staging" to make it even more inviting looking. So, she has created a "yarn vase". Here is her explaination:
"The centerpiece, obviously, is very easy. The most time-consuming part is rolling yarn into small balls to fit the vase (pronounced vahze). I left the metallic eyelash in hanks for variety.
This centerpiece would work in almost any room, with any colors of yarn to match the decor or to mark a season. The needles are size 10." Here it is, a very clever idea:
